Fish only with live rock 10X to 15X = 550GPH to 850GPH.
Reef tank is 20X to 30X "most try for 25X" = 1100GPH to 1650GPH The middle 25X were I am is around 1400GPH.

I m runnig 2x Seio M620 of my 55 gal ... and I have a 3in layer sugar sized sand ... it looks like the current is too strong, and i have the outflow closed 1/2 way too. it's pushing the sand left and right in the centre of the tank where the turbulence is ...
any advice how i should point my PH instead? they are place to form a X both at the top of the tank, pointing at the surface.

Either make them hit the glass and point up or point them up with out hitting anything. In big powerheads if you turn it on you will see a big ball of water and bubbles shoot and if that ball touches the sand then it will always touch the sand and blow it around. If you still have porblems with it moving sand after making it point up then you need smaller powerheads.
