how many is to many?

I have a 46 bow front , 60 lbs live rock, black finned trigger, huma, undulate trigger,tomato clown,clarkii clown, coral beauty, blue damsel,small eel,2 carpet anemomies and an atlantic anemomie. I would like to pick up a cleaner wrasse for i have a slight ich problem.
I guess my question is
a) will there be enough room for him?
b) will my triggers eat him?

yes, probably he will get eaten, and you alread y have way too much in there now, sorry but it is only a 46 gal, and you have several larger fish
how'd you get them all in there as it is, wow
they will grow, and even if small they are still larger fish, and you need ot figure their adult size, not he size when purchased
sorry, but it seems to me you are well overstocked now, my reccommendations would be to get a much larger tank, or a few less fish, besides, if you already have an ick problem it is just that a problem, odds are against the cleaner,plus the fact that the cleaner wrasse will only clean the willing victim and being a new guy this may take some time and the cleaner is also succeptable to the same parasites, i would do something els and faster than buying a wrasse
if it is not a real bad problem, you can try kyolic garlic from gnc, but this will only help mild problems, it is much better for prevention

it's for real. i'm just about a year in to the hobbie and i get like a kid in a candy store when i go to the lfs. i just added a uv filter2 days ago on top of a protein skimmer and an emperor 400

the parameters are ok. my ph level is a little low @ 8.0, but nitrites are 0 and ammonia is .25 the specific gravity is 1.024 my water temp. is 75
if the water temp. goes higher my anmemonies wither. I'll be picking up a 30g tank tomarrow.
i was going to use it as a hospital tank but now i'm thinking of using it for a trigger or two. Still to small i know but will be up-grading big in the near future.( 6 months )

Zero ammonia is the only acceptable level, lathough some fish will survive here, you want
ZERO
other than that, good idea on moving some fishes

Oh and BTW besides overstocking your tank....Cleaner wrasses are fish that are best left in the ocean. They have terrible survival rates and are in dwindling numbers in the ocean.
just had to say that in case anyone else was thinking of purchasing one.
