How many pounds of sand of sand is required to get an inch of sand bed?

My tank dimensions are 60" long by 18" deep. The height is 30". I am going to do a DSB, so I'm going to buy some play sand from Home Depot and seed it with live sand from this website. Would 1 55 pound box of live sand give me an inch of sand bed?
