All of the stars named are predatory stars, and really don't require algae or live rock. They are easily spot fed with something meaty, which I highly recommend. That is not to say they will not "graze" on LR or algae pellets or even the glass...
It is possible to house these stars in the 46g if small - so long as water parameters are ideal - but NO Linckia or Fromia stars, IMO. It may be pushing it a bit, but if things are going well...
How long have you had the current stars, and how old is your tank? What are your future plans with the tank?
Remember none of these stars are reef safe and may eat snails, corals, clams, scallops and many other things. (just don't want to see that "my star ate my _______" post in the future

)
