I finally have my 90 gallon tank cycled and have been changing water every week 10 gallons. Is this too much or should I go every 2 weeks? I'm due to change today but my water test are still good. am 0/ trites 0/ trates 20. Any advice will be appreciated.

5 gallon water change every week for 55 gallon tank using LFS DI saltwater. If you buy water from LFS, be sure to check the parameters. I just recently checked mine and found that the SG was 1.019 at room temperature. I didn't think to check it after I heated it up. Anyone know if that would that raise the SG significantly? Thanks.

20 ppm nitrates is a little high, but not bad. what is your stock list? how much LR? Crushed Coral or Sand? Good cleanup crew? All these things will have an impact on amount and frequency of water changes needed. Do you use RO water when mixing up new water?

Well, SG is definitely affected by temperature. You will get different readings at diff. temps.
I do between 15%-20% a week on my 210.

I have 2 damsels and a clean up crew. Snails and crabs. They have picked clean the aquarium and I just set up a MH light along with MY PC. I have 3 corals and 2 fish on order. Should be here tomorrow.
