how much do condys eat

I have two condys, and they both eat live gold fish. How often should I feed them, and do I need to keep letting them eat gold fish?:nervous:

Goldfish :nope: . Try mysis shrimp, krill, silversides, or squid. Once a week will be fine feeding.
