How much flow do Ocellaris Clownfish like?

Hello,
I have 2 OC's one larger then the other so hopefully they pair up. But any way, how much flow do these guys like? When I first put them in my 120g I had two #4 Koralias going with my over flow from my sump a #12 Mag drive. I left them on over night and when I got up the smaller one was in my overflow. I have since turned one of the Koralias off and they seem to be doing fine but I was wondering if they like a lot of flow or not so much.

I've found my clowns aren't big swimmers, and tend to prefer the lower flow areas of the tank.
Basic shape shows clowns aren't meant for fast swimming. They're more... wiggly.
That being said, I have a clown try to host right in front of a PH, and fight the current all day.
