how much flow for pulsing xenia?

Hello just got a 3 nice size pulsing blue zenia frags and i'm just wondering what flow they prefer..anyone know?

my Xenia seem to do well in moderately low flow. they dont like to get blown around.

I have mine right in front of the flow and it is loving it. It is growing wonderfully.
