How much is "medium" flow

I got some frogspawn the other day and was wondering what kind of flow is ideal for it. I assume medium flow is what I have. The tenticals kinda sway from side to side in all directions.
Right now its in a box stock 14g biocube. about halfway up and appears to be doing great!

medium and high flows r very subjective terms imo. its really hard to gv u an exact answer. what is medium flow to me in my tank could be high flow to u. as long as the water is not moving too fast past the corals, i guess i'd called that medium flow.

It is subjective, but when you see your corals really flappin' in the breeze it's too much. It sounds like you are doing right by your frogspawn!
