How much is shipping?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you have ever ordered fishes on-line. Is the shipping expensive? It seems like all of the fishes I am interested in is unavailable;everywhere.

shipping can be expensive, but when you order online at least you get the fish you want. Anyways I don't know how much each place is since they vary, but it's like around $25-$35 on average.

Shipping is very expensive. The best way to save if you are concerned with the costs is to buy a lot of fish. If you just want to buy a rare fish for say... 30-40 dollars, and you add 20-40 dollars to that, then it's super expensive for one fish. So if you were to do that, you might as well seek out a non-local fish store and pay the same, maybe less, price and you get to see your fish. Unless you buy 5 fish / 30-40 dollars shipping = ~$7 shipping per fish, which is relatively cheap. Or you can find the best packaged deal and get that instead.

Yes the problem with on line is the shipping charges. But if you want a special fish and can not find it then it is the best way to get what you want. You must realize to send the fish the fastest and safest way is costly. One way to make it work for you is to find a friend who wants some fish at the same time and share the cost of the shipping.
