how much is to much water flow fo a 150 gallon tank

i have a 150 gallon tank i have in the tank for water flow 2 maxi jet 1200 295 gph each, 2 tiny jets about 150 gph each, a seilo 900 900 gph and in the sump i have a cap 2200. is that enough water flow for a 150, or should i add a cap 1800 i have lying around the house or would hat be overkill the cap 1800 would be about another 1800 gph?

It really depends on whats going in the tank, if your shooting for sps, I'd add more flow. If it's lps or softies your fine with what you have.

whats a lps and a sps. in my tank i have a clam chilli coral a bubble coral lots of mushrooms and a plate coral
