How much Light for a FOWLR tank?

How much light (wattage) should I have for a 90 gal tank? (5' x 18" x 20").

If you will be having no corals then low wattage is needed. Also wattage isn't important, intensity is important. I'd say 80+ watts will do since lr doesn't need high powered lights.
