How much light time for anemones?

Heres what I have -
actinics come on at 9:00 AM
10K PC comes on at 10:00 AM
10K MH comes on at 11:00 AM
10K MH goes off at 6:00 PM
10K PC goes off at 9:00 PM
Lunar comes on at 9:30 PM
actinics go off at 10:00 PM
Lunars go off at 2:00 AM
thats 13 h actinics
11 h PC 10K
7 h MH
you can use your own schedule. Start with shorter photoperiods (especially if using MH) and then increase gradually until desired photoperiod is achieved.

For LTA's using the poor watts per gallon rule I like to recommend 6+ watts per gallon. However with the depth of your tank, and the fact that most LTA's like to burry their foot in the substrate it takes Metal Halides to penitrate to the bottom to fully benifit from the lighting. So if you have MH then good, if not you might want to consider it.
