How much lighting for a fowlr?

Hi guy's:
I was wondering what kind of lighting would I need for a ten gal fowlr?
It will have ls as the substrate, and one damsel as the only fish.

Yeah a strip light should be fine but use a 50/50 bulb.

i would not use an incandesant if possible, they are algae prone.

go cheapo flo., get something with a standard easy to find size of bulb so you have the choice to go 50/50 or otherwise...

Well give me a cookie! I was going to change the bulb to a 50/50, just wanted to check with you guy's to make sure.
I have an all-glass flourecsant hood. And the coralife 50/50 bulb's will fit my hood.
