How much lighting?!?

I'm pretty sure I dont have enough lighting to host a bubble tip anemone, so i was just wondering on how much lighting exactly it is that you do need. I have a pretty standard fluorescent lighting. it consists of 2 10,000k daylight bulbs and 2 actinic 03 bulbs, both 24". any response would be appreciated, i have a real lack of knowledge when it comes to the whole reef lighting. thanks-

Normal output isnt going to cut it, but PC/VHO will be OK on shallower tanks.
IME the green BTA prefer a little less light than a rose BTA. I have seen greens shy away from halides, wheras Roses thrive under STRONG halides (but they can do well with less)
