how much live rock

I know I am working this forum to death today but I have about 12-15 lbs of live rock in my tank now as well as about 10 lbs of crushed coral. I hope to start adding some soft or hard corals after I get better lites. All three of my fish are reef safe and I have a 30 gal long

I would go with close to 2 pounds per gallon.

I have a 55 Gal tank and i have a little over 70lbs of live rock in mine and it is absolutely LOADED. I mean the tank probably could handle more rock but i dont want a rock tank i would also like fish to have a LITTLE room to swim around. So i would say barely over 1 lb per gallon. But this is my opinion, and this is the way I like it, others may like it better with about 3 gallons of water in a 55 gallon tank and the rest would be rock ;)
