how much live rock should i put in a 50 gal. tank

depends on what direction your going with the tank if you want fish that need swimming room then you have to limit yourself if you are doing a reef then you dont i suggest as much as possible to keep the fish happy and healthy besides it all helps with filtration and looks good

I probably wouldn't put that much in a 50 gal. Especially if you're going aggressive. If you are going aggressive then you can only put a certain few fish in there. Make sure you know how large they get to. I'd probably put about 35 lb of lr in it. HTH
