How much rock and sand should I get?

I just bought a Bio Cube 29 to get started with a salt water aquarium. I hope I made the right choice since I am brand new to this. I was curious how much rock and sand I need to purchase to get started with?

pick up 30 pounds of sand & 30 pounds of LR. Maybe add another 10 or 15 pounds of LR later after tank has finished the first cycle..Good luck & have fun...

Thanks everyone! I'm brand new to this and a bit scared :) The more I read, the more I wonder if I bit off more than I can chew.

party, and its rockin. My first SW tank and love it... Gonna do a 125-135gallon by xmas...
