how much to feed...

I would like to get some input about how much to feed. Currently I feed about 1/2 a mysis cube a day, but I don't know if it is enough. When I put the mysis in everybody attacks it like they have never been fed in their lives. If I put a whole cube in, they seem to gorge themselves at first but after a minute or 2, they don't eat anymore and there is some left over.
I have 2 small clowns, 2 small pajama cardinals, 2 cleaner shrimp, 1 bicolor psuedochromi, 1 yellow watchman and a pistol shrimp. I usually squirt a couple mysys shrimp down the pistol burrow since I never see them eat and let the rest float around the tank.
How much do you feed? Thoughts?

I feed about a cube a day. I have a purple tang, yellow tang, blue hippo tang, spotted hawkfish, 2 clowns & and a midas blenny. When I feed them I put the cube in a lil 3 ounce plasic cup(like the ones you'd use in the bathroom), put whichever vitamin I'm going to give em that day like selcon or vitachem, put some tankwater in the lil cup and let the food thaw out in there for about 10 or 15 minutes then pour a lil in at a time....if they don't seem interested and i still have some left in the cup i just put it in the fridge. that doesnt happen very often though-they normally eat the whole cube.

If there is food left over after the fish have slowed down or stopped eating, you've probably fed too much. Given your stock list, less food would probably be a good idea. If you've got a good cleanup crew, they'll take care of any leftovers in short order.
Remember that fish in the wild might go days without eating routinely. Most people overfeed their tanks severely, either with quantity of food, frequency of feedings or both. Never go by what the directions on the package say, the companies that make it love for you to use more of their product.
Lietz, are you feeding algae sheets? A cube a day sounds like a lot when you consider that those three big tangs should be eating more plant matter than meaty foods.
