someone expresses disatisfaction with swf.com and what happens the thread is removed and swept under the rug. that is bad business my friends.

From my personal experience with swf.com, I have never had problems with them bagging fish. I have never gotten a fish that is hurt or too stressed. I've had a couple of DOAs, and they gave me a credit. Great for business IMO.

why pull the thread? nobody pulls the thread when people say how great swf.com is. dead fish,undersized fish,wrong address and shipped north when its dam near 0 outside.

How many bags were used on each item. I just got a delivery yesterday (it was zero degrees here) with a Basslett and a GBTA from another site and they used like 6 or 7 thick bags around each item. They also only used 6 heater pack. The water was about 63 degrees when I got it but everything did fine.
