I have a 40 gal tank 43lbs of lr skilter filter, 8 hermits, 8 turbos, 1 emerald, 1 bicolor blenny, 1 coral beauty. & really no algea to speak of sure the glass gets a little dirty now & then but I clean it, I know there is some algea I can't see but want to know how much nori I can feed without hurting my tank
size of piece to feed & amount of times per week would be great. Thank you & my inverts/fish thank you too.

Depends on what fish you have that might eat it. About once per week I used to wrap some up in a shell and let the cleanup crew have a go at it. Now that I have a tang I usually feed about a square inch or so every day.
My coral beauty grabs some of it, but the tang is simply a big ole hog. With just the CB you might try every other day.

My powder blue tang and flame angel love nori. My strawberry basslet, clown and damsels won't touch it. The powder blue and flame make short work when I do put it in. I try and give them a 1/4 a sheet every morning. However, on average it works out to more like every other day. Also depends if I do a normal feeding.
I would monitor how fast it gets eaten and then feed accordingly.
