Hello,
How often should i be feeling my fish. Right now its once a day with Mysis, Brine mix with flakes. Below is the stock list.
Foxface
Dogface Puffer
Lunare Wrasse
3 damsels
3 hermit crabs ( 1 white leg about 1/2 inch long and two red legs about1inch long.)
Thanks in advance :)

Well, I think once a day is fine. What I would critique WHAT you are feeding. You definitely need more variety for your fish. Especially the puffer who needs hard things to wear his teeth down. I woud add in krill, clam, silversides, and a frozen carnivore mix. Brine is almost more like a treat for fish unless it is enriched. Check out your lfs. They should have a large variety of frozen foods to choose from...

Thanks for that. What do you think about feeding them every day and a 1/2? Also what about dry foods?

When you feed them...do you have leftover food? IF NOT...then you are good...if there is food settling...well then that is too much..

Once a day isn't the worst. Feeding in smaller portions multiple times through the day is better for your fish, and for your tank.
But the Dogface and Lunare need a far more meaty diet then just mysis and brine. Clams, scallops, squid, silversides, etc. No dry foods can replace the diet needed for these guys. I would also feed the Foxface nori (seaweed) every other day.

Should i get one of those seaweed clips then?
Also with everyone's input i got to the LFS and picked up a bit of everything. Squid,Marine Cuisine, Mussels and much more.
This should be a good start until i get the hang of this :)

personally i like the sea weed clip i just fold up 1 piece every couple days when ever my file/angel/tang has eaten it all up. the vegetarian fish won't gorge their selves so it's safe they'll just eat until their full of it.
BUT
one thing i have noticed...it needs to be placed in an area with low flow...as the seaweed gets wet it softens up and if there is constant flow it will continue blowing pieces off and you can find them in the back of your tank sometimes.
other than that sounds like you're set!

I stopped putting my seaweed off the clip because the second I put the seaweed on the clip they tear it off. It is funny to watch. One fish will get the majority of the seaweed and go crazy trying to eat it all for themselves.

How often do you eat? Fish are grazers or opportunistic feeders. You don’t want to over feed so much that your fish or CUC cannot take care of the organics introduced into your tank but you do not want your fish to go hungry
