how often do you change your VHO bulbs?

I use 110 watt Uri VHO bulbs, actinic and aquasun. the lights run for about 10 hours a day. How often do I need to change the bulbs?

I run all URI VHO actinics and change the bulbs once a year. Sometimes I only go 10 months, but I base that on the appearance of my corals.
