I was just wondering what people reccomend for a healthy system.I have a 29 gal tank and do a five gal. water change every week and a half. I do top offs every couple days and test weekly. I just wanted to see what other people do. So even if you have a bigger tank I would love some feedback thanks

55g Display, 20g sump with a Kent Nautilus Skimmer and a 40g refuge. I do 5g change every week.
IMO a lot depends on the system but weekly water changes seem to work well. Weekly, biweekly or monthly are all acceptable.

I have a 72g Bow, and I do 5gals every week or so. Actually try to do 25 g a month. I rarely test anything other than Ph and Phosphate. Water
changes are the best tests!

I also suggest, what ever your plan on water changes is. every week, every 2 weeks etc. do it regularly. The tank becomes used to it and water quality and reef quality depends on it.
