How often do you feed your fish.

I would like to know how often I should feed my fish, so far I have been feeding them once a day, soemtimes twice but very little. Is this too much? What type of food do you guys feed and how oftenThe fish that I currently have in the tank are :
1 Bicolor Blenny
1Yellow Watchman Goby
1 Clown Fish (bought him few days ago and it has not accepted food so far)
2 Cleaner shrimp
2 Peppermint
a few snails and crabs
Is this too much? What type of food do you guys feed and how often.

half a cube of formula one once a day for my 14 gallon.

I feed flake once a week and mysis 1-2 times per week.

day1. half cube of mysis
day2. marine pellets
day3. half cube of mysis
ect...ect...ect...

I've always fed 3 times a day, when I turn on the lights, when I get home, and a hour or so before lights out. The most important thing for the systems' bioload is to only feed what they can completely finish in less than 5 minutes.
