How often do you feed your fish?

I've started feeding my fish every other day for the past 2 weeks and have noticed a large reduction of the algae that grows on the glass. I know that freshwater fish can thrive on this feeding schedule, but saltwater fish should be fed twice a day.
Fish list:
1 Purple Psuedo
1 Pygmy Angel
1 Barber Pole Gobie (not sure of common name)
1 Neon Gobie (he doesn't eat my food anyways)
2 Green Chromis
I rotate between Formula 1&2 and Frozen Brine and I only feed them a half cube.
Am I being a bad daddy?

We feed once everyday, our fish expect it, about the same time everynight they all go to the one end of the tank and wait for me to feed them...Later Lisa

Flake food - once per day, 5 days a week
Brine - once per day, 1 day a week
Coral Supplement - once per day, 1 day a week
Typically, I feed flakes M-F, Brine and Coral supp. on Saturdays, and no feeding on Sundays (Sunday is my tank maintenance day).

i feed 1 time a day, i have an timer to turn the light on at 6 am, then just b4 i leave for work i feed them , once a week they get a treat and get blood worms, other than that its diffrent varities of flakes and pelets, its better to underfeed rather than over feed, its a good habbit for you to get into, besides fish do get smart and once in habbit they can expect food in the same place at the same time, everyday like clockwork
