How Often Should I Feed My Corals?

Hi Folks,
I have a 6G Nano with a Mushroom, Star Polyp, and Leather corals. I purchased some PhytoPlan for them and it says to feed them daily but is that really necessary? I'm worried about adverse effects on the water.

With a 6g tank, I would say no more than once a week maybe every two weeks. Your corals live mostly on light so they dont need alot.

That's what I thought so why does the PhytoPlan instructions say daily? To sell more PhytoPlan?!?!?

I dont know, I use Kent Phyto and it say twice a week for most tanks.
