How often to feed baby snowflake eel?

I ususally hand feed my new SFE about 1 or 2 krill per day. Is this enough or too much? What is your experience?

When I first got my SFE he was eating everyday, twice a day. Then for some reason, he stopped eating. I think according to my own notes, it went on for three days. Then, one afternoon, he just gobbled up two pieces of squid that I dangled in front of him. For some reason, mine doesnt like Krill. I'm thinking, Krill are cold water crustaceans, whereas snowflake eels are from warm water. So how would they know what it is. Whenever i feed mine with tongs, he always goes after the tongs first.
