I feed mysis to the whole tank, I see several zoas swallow the shrimp. I also alternate days of cyclopeeze, phytoplex, and zooplex. I don't buy into the idea of all they need is light. IMO the whole reef is a filter feeder, there has to be nutrients in the water column for them to flourish, especially when all the equipment is designed to take it(food) out. I have seen much more growth after feeding the reef, like I would fish. I feed the biggest first(fish)chunks, mysis, and finish with a half a capful of supplement(phyto,cyclo,zoo) I take a day's ration and give them half in the morning and half at night. JM2$
