How soon to feed new Sebae?

Hello all, My tank is now 8+ months old and my water parameters have been good for a few months so I figured it was time to try an anemone. I bought a small Sebae from the LFS yesterday and it is doing nicely. No signs of stress yet. It stuck to a rock right away and hasn't moved since. My question is, how long should I wait before I try hand feeding it? Should I let it acclimate for a few days or should I go ahead and see if it will eat a piece of shrimp?

Your choice, feed it once now and then wait a few days and see what it is doing.
What color is the sebae?

Thanks for the insight Thomas. It's a darker brown color with a greenish tint and purple tips. I'll try to get a picture sometime this week.
