How thick should a spray bar be?

Hello! I just about completed my sump, now it's time to do some plubbing!! I need to know how thick the pvc should be?
This is what I have right now:
600gph overflow
20g sump with bio balls on one side
Mag 7 return pump
Now for plumbing, should I use a spray bar and where to place it...any advice????? Please...!!

A spray bar is by far the best way to distribute water into the tank..They are mostly placed along the top of the tank along the back,Just below the water.You can drill the water holes at two or three diferent angles to create more/better circulation,and surface aggitation...3/4or 1" pvc would be good...

For my 90 gal, i used 1/2 inch to insure there would be enought pressure and it works great
