How to add Copepods?

I just got an 8 oz bottle of Alga Gen Tisbe Reef Pods, how should I add them to my 29 gallon tank? I don't have a fuge, and I know I should squirt them near the rocks but that's about it.
Do I need to acclimate them some how (temp. acclimate?)
Do I pour the whole bottle in?
Turn off the lights?
Turn off the pumps? If so for how long?
Any suggestions you have would be very helpful! Thanks

Do I pour the whole bottle in? Yes pour it in
Turn off the lights? Yes so the fish will not eat them straight off
Turn off the pumps? If so for how long No need

I agree with Geo....it's not absolutely necessary, but I think you'll have less die-off if you float the bottle and add a little tankwater if you can. That's the way I've done it when I started a reefpods population.

So when the lights turned off last night, I floated the bottle for a while, kept the pumps off for a little bit, and squirted them onto the rocks. I guess they're doing okay, I still can't see anything. I think I need to get one of those cool portal things that Kiefers has or a magnifying glass
