How to catch a coral banded shrimp

I need advice! I have a meanie and want to get him out of my tank and send him packing to the LFS! I'd much rather have the cleaner shrimp than him. I need a sure fire way without taking apart me LR.

get a fish trap. but even that is gonna be hard if it hides constantly. my cbs never comes out of the rockwork.

Mine never comes out during the day but at night it will come to the front of the tank I can see it roaming around all up front at night with the moonlights on.

Shrimp will usually jump onto food that's held in your hand. You could try holding a hunk of food in the tank with a feeing stick then scoop him out while he's trying to get the food off.
