how to catch a puffer?

put a net in the tank to let him get used to it..then bait the net with food to draw it in, use a fish trap with food in it, catch it at night while its sleeping.......if all else fails get out your rod and reel baited with some raw shrimp.

Or just hold the shrimp and say, "Here puffer, puffer...come and get it!"
