My rocks are covered with some stubborn green algae on side and now I have some red slime turning them pink on the other side. Whats the best way to clena them back semi white or best I can. They are in a fOT.

Is this live rock? Rock never stays white in a salt water tank. Sounds like a cycle to become live rock if you used only base rock.

Buy a couple tangs and 3 or 4 lawnmower blennys.
You could scrub them, but in a couple days it would be back. Try leaving your light off for a couple days or you could just not worry about it. Algae is cyclical and will find a happy medium as long as nitrates aren't out of whack. My live rock has algae most of the time, that the lawn mower blenny, yellow tang and lined puffer graze on. I leave my tank light on most of the time to encourage the algae growth and if it looks to shaggy, I leave the light off for a couple days and PRESTO, no algae.
