how to feed formula 2

I read someone's post that they recommended feeding formula two (frozen food) to bicolor blennies. I also have 2 percula clowns, royal gramma, yellow gobie, and sixline wrasse in my 55 gal tank. I tried thawing about 1/2 the formula two frozen food cube in seawater, but when I placed the thawed food in the tank, the particles sank to the bottom of my tank. How do you feed frozen food cubes? Thanks for helping a beginner.
i also have a cleaner shrimp,
and several turbo snails,
and hermit crabs for clean up

After soaking the food do you break it up? I take a spoon and smash the food up into little peices. It's still goes to the bottom, but not as fast. Also I do not dump it all in at ounce. I just drop a little in, and wait until thats gone, then add a little more.

When I feed Formula2, I chop up 1/3 of the cube into bitesize pieces, soak it in Selcon for 15 minutes, and feed.
None makes it to the bottom of the tank. :)

Selcon is designed as a food additive that will greatly increase your fishes immune system and general health. Simply add a few drops to your food, let it soak in, and feed as normal.
Contains highly unsaturated fatty acids, marine lipids, and stabilized Vitamin C.
- Excellent for reef aquaria
- Will not alter water chemistry
- Contains no Phosphates, Nitrates or Yeast.

I soak it in saltwater with aminos and vitamins. Smash it up then use a turkey baster to direct where I want it to go.

Feeding time is my favorite time. All my babies know when its time to eat. I get a shot glass and get some tank water. I thaw the food and smash it with a knife. The best part is when I walk to the end of the tank to feed them they all follow me and wait. So cool :D
