how to feed my loin

hellow i gust bought a loin fish three days ago and i was woundering what should i feed my loin fish and how or
and will eat my clown fish or well it be ok

How big is your clownfish? If it is small enought to fit in the lions mouth, its a goner. Your lion will eat live food right now, but you will have to wean him from live to frozen over a period of time.

Byron, how big is your Lion? I have 2 Black Volataris (hope that spelt right) that I bought when they were about 3". Started them out on guppies and goldfish til they got larger, then changed them over to frozen food from the supermarket. I found the easiet way to get them to take frozen shrimp was to wait until they were real hungry, cut off the tail end part of the shrimp and let them see it outside of the tank. As it was the same color as the goldfish (?), they were attracted to it, put in the tank.....wham they didnt realise it wasn't live. Now both are consumimg anywhere from 1or 2 per day, one is around 12", the other is around 9". I said if I was going to keep these fish, then my challenge would be to have them eat what comes from the sea!!! Be patient though when you do this ...thats the key.
