How to get an avatar?

Just about everybody but me has an avatar,how do you get them?Can you lead me step by step through the process?

How do you get the avatar pictures to change (like a slideshow)?

Find a picture, either your own or on the internet (max size is 100 by 100).
Click on the "user cp" tab at the top of this page.
Click on the "edit options" tab
Click on the avatar tab at the bottom.
Attach your picture - you have an avatar! :yes:
I am not sure how to make avatars move. Some buddy icons already move.

Can you give me the name of a good place to get an avatar,I can't find any picture that are 100 by 100 or smaller.

you can get them at www.ballericons.com thats were i got mine.... and they move!!!

How do you get an icon from that site and save it so it still has the actions and all and then upload it to your avatar??

sorry but i dont know were you can find a "saltwater" on. sorry
first you have to find the one you want, right click on it and chose "save picture as" the go back to swf.com and go to "user cp" and click on edit profile and at the bottom it gives you the choice "change avatart" click that, now hit the browse bottom and find it on your comp...........done

in other words saving it by right clicking on it will save it so it has the actions. ^^
