You need to shrink your pictures down to at least 500x500 pixels.. If you need help just ask... Good Luck

Most likely it is due to size, another reason could be the file name. It needs to be in JPEG/BITMAP or something like that. Here is a free resizer that is easy to use. Just change the width in step 2 to 400, the height will set itself. Remember to save in JPEG format. You can also use this for avatars, max size is 100X 100, but I usually go a bit smaller. HTH
