Addind a Coral Banded Shrimp will only make the problem worse, as they tend to be even more predatory than a sally light foot, and then youll have 2 carniverous predators that leave each other plenty or room.

I'm with you the cbs is very aggresive, towards fish when they get big, I need to get mine out of the tank. I have a slf also that is very busy and non aggresive. I've done some tank rearranging and when hes on on rock near the top I've taken him out by accident when the rock was removed. he just moved to the blind side and hangs there.
A net won't work, even if you catch him their fast and run right out of the net when you take it out of the water.
