how to move an anemone?

my anemone has slowly crept to the back of my tank over the past few days, id really like to get him back into the front where i can see it.
i remember reading a few things about coaxing them into moving by pointing a powerhead at them, is that a good way to do it or is there another way?

I know you would like him to hang out in the front, but the hard facts are that they will wonder to wherever they feel most comfortable.

Mine moved to the back but was on a small rock with nothing else around it...I turned the rock around and didn't disturb anything and it stayed put hehe
