How to Post Pictures?

I am trying to post some pics of fish and I have read the posting pictures thread and it is of no use. I dont think it really addresses the questions of "How do you post a picture?" I would like some help in figuring this out. I have some saved pictures on my computer and i go to browse and click on trhem and i find no place to add them to the thread?????????? Help b/c this is frustrating.

the pic will not apper on the new thread page. you will only see it once the thread is posted. make sure the pic is adjusted to 500x500 pixels or less. also make sure it is in the correct format. (.gif, .jpg, .png, .txt, .zip, .bmp, .jpeg)

you do find the pic by going to the browse button
