How to Post?

Hello:
Can anyone give me a step by step process explaining how to post fish photos and how do I post a photo by my name when it is displayed?
I am not that great with the computer so I need it as simply stated as possible. Thanks for your help!

use an image hosting site like photobucket.com. upload them on there, then just copy and paste the image tag in the text area on the quick reply box and TADA you will have a picture

he means avatar...
click User CP on the SWF.com status bar, then click avatar settings, then you can upload a pic from your computer or from a website.
