you could either freshwater dip the coral or iodine (better option IMO) dip them. You're not really worried about ick on a coral.. you're usually more worried about hitchhikers that are eating the coral before/while introduced into your tank.
oh.. this is all optional by the way depending on how safe you want to be.. I personally just throw coral in the tank.. there is really no long quarantine process with coral like there is fish.
