How to Re-Size and Post a Picture to This Forum

So many people ask how to get a picture to the right size to be able to post it on this forum.
This is a tutorial that should help. It is a zip file. Right click on the link, then click on Save Target As. It is 17.3 MB, so it may take awhile to download.

I use Photoshop, but there is a free program called infranview, that is perfect for just resizing..it will also save to many different formats

Also a freeware utility called Resizer from www.virtualzone.de
Nice thing is that it lets you resize based on the largest side, so it will always resize your picture to the biggest possible size without going over the limit.

takes wayyyyy too long to save, let it save...then to open...i'm still waiting for it to finish downloading..been probably a good 5minutes already
