How to Remove Tank Sealant

I am going to take a couple of 10 gallon tanks apart and rebuild them. What is the best way to remove the sealant?

Bump. Wanna know too.
Also to add to this, if I took a 40g apart could a glass shop cut those pieces so I can make a 25g rimless from them?

Razor blades and lots of patience. I tried some solvent can't remember what is called now but it was specifically for removing silicone sealants for automotive use, but anyway it did make the silicone soft but it did nothing for getting the seams apart so it wasn't all that useful. For the cost of a 10gal aquarium I don't think I would waste my time I replaced the front panel of a 55 gal and decided after I was done it would have been more cost effective to pay the $125 at walmart for a new tank, it took me about 5 hours with a razor blade to cut the seams apart and I lost a fair amount of blood in the process too, didn't need to go to the hospital but it was close had it been a new blade I'm sure I would have had to go.

They should be able to do that but you might check the price of the glass, glass isn't all that expensive for these smaller tanks the front panel for my 55 was $20 for a 48"x21" piece.

Thanks, all the 10 gallons I have I picked up for free along the way. What I want to do is make a 10 gallon high, and perhaps combine two 10 gallons to form a "L" shaped tank.
