how to set up a refugium?

i've got a 23gal reef and just got a manderin, stupidly, i have transported it to my dads tank cos its huge and has a refugium which is pretty relieable,
but ofcorse i want the fish back at some point.
so yes, please could someone tell me EVERYTHING i'll need to build up a SIMPLE 10g refugium,
i only want it to maintain copepods for my manderin!

ive heard u can just use one of those hob filters like and aqua clear or whisper. just take the top off, you can toss some LR rubble and chaeto in there, a bottle of pods to start the population, and a clamp on light... if you want to keep it simple and cheap-i think that's the way to go

ahh ok thens thanks i will do, i've found a couple on e bay which have the two comparments, one with the balls in and the other is open space with a lamp on.it comes with miracle mud aswell so i'll just buy like 2kg of LR and some cheato and the pods and away we go
its also got a pump in it, and i'll put it underneath my tank so gravity will put water into the refugium and the pump can tank water out
