Hi,
I have a 100 gal that has been bare for 2 months after a ick outbreak. I am thinking of starting over by getting an eel. I have an acrilic (sp. - not glass) tank and it has some holes/slots on the back top of the tank for hang on the back stuff. I have a hang on the back skimmer and would like to keep it. How can I block these holes so the eel will not escape? I know I could just put something heavy over the holes but the slot that the skimmer sits in will have to be blocked in some creative way. I thought of securing a fine net around the slot and skimmer inside the tank? Any ideas?
