ok, how can i or us as people talk or send messages to one person on here or can we talk one on one here? can we swap e mails to do so?

Basically by asking to email someone. They don't have Private Messaging turned on for this board.

If you click on the users name there is an option in there profile to send them an e-mail. D

you are correct i saw this feature but had not tried it until now, sorry for the mis information, i guess i assumed and you no what that means, at least it made one of me ha ha. try contacting the moderator and find out why this feature is not available. D
