how's my lighting?

i just recently built my hood for my 55 gal.. i added 3 70w lights, but only puts out 20w (flouresent).. i'm thinking of adding another one but changing the bulb to blue actinic.. would this be ok for a reef tank? any input would help

I don't quite understand what you sre saying here...You added three 70watt bulbs,but they only put out 20watt?????What bulbs,,,what ballast???Doesn't make sence.How big is this tank?? Usually a good reef tank can not be sustained with flourecsent bulbs.You need MORE POWER.Like VHO or MH...

sorry about that.. i have 3 lights with 20 watt bulbs in them, but capable of withstanding 70 watts.. i have 1 other light that has a 15 watt blue actinic bulb.. planning on adding 1 more, probably a 15 watt power-glo.. will that be sufficent for live reefs?
